I turn AI from a pitch deck into a production system.

I'm Tony Ojeda. I wrote the book on collaborative AI, built and run an AI operating system I use for serious knowledge work, and have done AI and data science work for organizations including Cigna, PNC, the Federal Reserve Board, and the Department of Defense.

I work with a small number of companies and leaders each year on the decisions that determine whether AI projects deliver — bringing a published framework, a running operating system, and a track record of shipping AI that actually works.

Collaborative AI

AI alone doesn't deliver results. Systems do — systems that integrate AI with software logic, data infrastructure, evaluation, and human judgment. Collaborative AI is the framework for building those systems, written by someone who has built them. It's the architecture behind everything on this site.

Compound Agent OS

Compound Agent OS

I built and run an AI operating system for serious knowledge work — research, writing, analysis, and the operational scaffolding of running a practice. It's the same system I demonstrate live in executive briefings, and the source of what I write about agent architectures, governance, and human-AI collaboration in production.

Beyond Work

I run on AI agents and automation — the operating system I built is the same one I use every day. I also make music and AI-generated art, because the best way to understand a technology is to create with it.
